Plus up your gym bag makeover and giveaway

I took recently to the plus up your gym bag makeover in which I was sent a gift card so I can update my fitness studio bag. This I was going to be a relatively simple upgrade because to begin with no fitness studio bag. I work at home for the most part, so it makes it really easy for me to not have to take something with me. One of the advantages of working for a big company has been the other elements with it. Had a cheat meals and still beat the scale

Applebee's nachos NuevosHello world! I just my third week on BistroMD and things are great. I lost a total of 11 pounds and I feel awesome. My clothes are more loose fit, my face is skinny look and my energy is rising. People are also already notice the difference. BistroMD has made much easier this fight for me.

What do I do next to diet?

Israel, fat man UnleashedI did not mention what exactly I'm doing next to food diet lately. I'm good, my vow of silence, effectively immediately break. We know I have eaten diet for the past weeks (may be few months), I honestly lost track. It feels normal for me now, its part of my routine. I have had success with diet so far, so good. But I add other stuff on my daily routine, to help me travel on my weight loss.

Here are some of the other "things" I did:

(1) More are active. Period of time. I made it a point to only be active. This does not mean that I go marathon run every weekend. What I mean is that I now do the little things I used to usually tend from. I fix these little things around the House that I have neglected. I take the trash at night rather than wait for leave in the morning.I the lawn to mow every weekend (unless it's raining all day) .i do only things and try not deter. Not too long at least.

2. Resistance train. I lift weights three times a week. I mean total body workout days.Chest, to return to arms to legs.Alles.Ich lift not only Gewichte.Ich body weight training as well. These include Push-Ups, Chin of ups, Burpees.

3. Yoga it up. I started to yoga incorporate into my routine. My goal is two yoga sessions during the week. I feel it relaxes me and my body heal when retrieving a low impact workout helps. I still get a good workout and it takes only 20 minutes.
