(1) More are active. Period of time. I made it a point to only be active. This does not mean that I go marathon run every weekend. What I mean is that I now do the little things I used to usually tend from. I fix these little things around the House that I have neglected. I take the trash at night rather than wait for leave in the morning.I the lawn to mow every weekend (unless it's raining all day) .i do only things and try not deter. Not too long at least.
