How to make a diet lasagne meal in 4 minutes or less

I've eaten diet for about two months now. The lasagne is my favorite dinner. Here I'll show you it can be quick and easy to make a diet meal including some raw vegetables in less than 4 minutes! I was rushing to prepare my dinner because I had shortly after training. As you can see, it's super fast! Plus raw vegetables to eat is good for you!

Steps to prepare the NutriSystem's lasagna dinner food
1. Remove the tray out of the box.
2. Place in microwave oven and cooking for a minute or so, according to your microwave oven's power settings.
3. Clean and prepare vegetables to accompany your diet meal.
4. Place vegetables and NutriSystem lasagna on plate.
5. Sit and enjoy!
