What do I do next to diet?
Here are some of the other "things" I did:
(1) More are active. Period of time. I made it a point to only be active. This does not mean that I go marathon run every weekend. What I mean is that I now do the little things I used to usually tend from. I fix these little things around the House that I have neglected.
